Updated COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

COVID-19 Health & Safety

Dear Friends,

In light of significantly reduced transmission rates of COVID-19 in our community, new recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and mandates being lifted throughout Miami-Dade County, Miami New Drama is updating its current Health & Safety Protocols. These changes will become effective April 1, 2022.

We recognize that evolving protocols may not align with everyone’s preferences, and we assure you these decisions have been made with serious consideration. These changes have been informed by guidance from CDC, Florida Department of Health, Miami-Dade County and City of Miami Beach health officials, as well as Miami New Drama’s medical advisors. The safety of our patrons, artists, and staff is, and will continue to be our top priority.

As always, we will continue to monitor the professional guidance and assess and update our protocols as needed to fit our changing environment.

We value your trust and look forward to welcoming you back to the Colony Theatre for an incredibly strong finish to the 21-22 season with The Cuban Vote and Papá Cuatro!
