Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the Four Show Package and the Flex Pass?
The Four Show Package gets you a ticket to all four shows at the highest discount — and you can book everything immediately when you subscribe. Flex Pass gives you four passes to use across the season, at a slightly lower discount, redeemable starting August 25.
Can I buy more than one subscription?
Yes. Each Four Show Package subscription includes 1 ticket per show. If you’re buying for two, you’ll need two subscriptions — or grab the Four Show Package for yourself and use your 10% friends and family discount to add a seat for your guest.
Each Flex Pass includes four passes that can be used across any combination of mainstage shows. Buy multiple passes to experience the season with different friends and family members, gift theatre to someone special, or create a season that’s uniquely yours.
Can I use my Flex Passes for any show?
Your four passes can be used across any of the four mainstage shows in any combination — one show four times, four different shows, or anything in between. Flex Passes cannot be used for City Hall.
Do subscription packages include City Hall?
No. City Hall is not included in either the Four Show Package or the Flex Pass.
When do single tickets go on sale?
September 8, 2026. Subscribers get priority access before that date.
What is zone-based pricing?
The Colony Theatre has four seating zones: Spotlight, Premium, Prime and Mezzanine. Your discount applies to whichever zone you book in.
What if I can't make one of my performances?
Subscribers can exchange tickets for any other available performance of the same show, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the curtain.
